It's the staff that makes the biggest difference to any hotel. They are welcoming, went all out to help. The welcome staff who helped to bring my heavy luggage a distance across the busy street. Did not expect such an effort and kindness. When I was across the street from the hotel on another day. Such warmth and hospitality is what make a stay most memorable. I will come back again.
